INTERIM USE

Our spaces in minciospace_ are currently available to artists for interim use for rehearsals, workshops and artistic exchange. Spread over three floors are two large rehearsal rooms (160 - 200 m²) on the lower and upper floors as well as work studios (10 - 40.75 m²) and a large communal area with shared desks on the ground floor. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom in the building for shared use. The large outdoor area can be used at any time. The rehearsal rooms are ideal for ensemble, choir and performance, dance and theatre rehearsals, photo and video shoots as well as workshops and meetings. We have basic technical equipment that can also be used. Depending on availability, the rooms can be rented out for short or longer periods in the form of room subscriptions. It is also possible to rent the space for regular individual sessions (workshops, weekly choir rehearsals, lessons, etc.) or to use our shared desk offer flexibly and permanently. Access to the building and grounds is possible between 07:00 and 21:30 via an independent key system. In the immediate vicinity of the Kendlerstrasse and Hütteldorferstrasse underground stations in Vienna's 15th district, Minciostrasse is easily accessible not only by public transport but also by bicycle.

You love working from home, but sometimes you just miss an inspiring environment and the chance to socialise with lovely people? We feel you! That's why we've opened our doors and are sharing our desks with you.
Wir bieten fixe Desks zu günstigen Preisen (180€ pro Desk) und damit einen permanenten Arbeitsplatz in ruhiger und inspirierender Umgebung mit Gartenzugang.
We did our best to make the atmosphere of the space as cosy as possible and also to revive the history of the building: old stock furniture, old lampshades and school desks make the 135 m² room into a large, cosy living room.
What's included with the desk:

STUDIOS
We have four work studios (10m² - 40m²) that are intended for longer-term use. All studio spaces are currently taken, but please contact us with your inquiry anyway, perhaps we can help you or put you on the waiting list.
The monthly rent for a work studio is between 170 € - 435 € incl. VAT.

With minciospace_, we want to provide an art space as an interim use location that is accessible to as many people as possible.
We have the place and you can use it!
Our various price models and membership forms adapt to your needs and are suitable for solo artists as well as larger formations and ensembles, depending on your usage and rehearsal requirements.
