INTERIM USE

Our rooms at minciospace_ are currently available to artists for temporary use for rehearsals, workshops and artistic exchange. Spanning three floors, there are two large rehearsal rooms (160–200 m²) on the lower and upper floors, as well as work studios (10–40.75 m²) and a large communal area with shared desks on the ground floor. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom in the building for shared use. The large outdoor area can be used at any time. The rehearsal rooms are ideal for ensemble, choir and performance, dance and theatre rehearsals, photo and video shoots, workshops and meetings. We have basic technical equipment that can also be used. Depending on availability, the rooms can be rented for shorter or longer periods in the form of room subscriptions. It is also possible to rent the rooms for regular individual lessons (workshops, weekly choir rehearsals, lessons, etc.) or to use our shared desk service flexibly and permanently. An independent key system allows access to the building and grounds between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Located in the immediate proximity of the Kendlerstraße and Hütteldorferstraße U3 stations in Vienna's 15th district, Minciostraße is easily accessible not only by public transport but also by bicycle.
