Dies ist eine Geschichte \u00fcber Herzschmerz. Nicht so, wie du denkst, sondern anders. \u201eA different kind of Heartbreak\u201c ist ein Solo-Programm von Athanasia Kontou, das sich schwer einordnen l\u00e4sst. Von Athanasia selbst als \u201equeeres Storytelling\u201c beschrieben, verbindet es experimentelle Musik mit Singing\/Songwriting und Stand-up-Comedy mit der pers\u00f6nlichen Geschichte einer lebensver\u00e4ndernden Herzoperation und dem langen, steinigen Weg der Genesung.<\/p>

Alle Medien werden genutzt, um die Erfahrung authentisch, tiefgr\u00fcndig, witzig und mit viel Humor darzustellen. Es wird sehr pers\u00f6nlich, wenn Athanasia Musik zu Aufnahmen ihrer Tagebucheintr\u00e4ge spielt, Lieder \u00fcber Schmerz singt und Witze \u00fcber Angstzust\u00e4nde erz\u00e4hlt. Letztendlich geht es in der Show aber darum, die Verletzlichkeit, die alle Menschen teilen, anzunehmen und daraus St\u00e4rke zu sch\u00f6pfen.<\/p>
