It allows people to invest their money in a meaningful and secure project at up to 2.5% interest. The collateral is our property in Vienna with around 750 m\u00b2 of net usable space as well and an outdoor area of around 500 m\u00b2, as well as a 45 m\u00b2 apartment within walking distance.<\/p><p>The property, including the existing building, was purchased in 2021 by Interspace Arts GmbH, which was founded specifically for the renovation and conversion of the building. Since then, the former antiques warehouse has served as a place for artists of various disciplines. Dass ich einige der handelnden Personen seit Jahren als Musiker:innen und Organisator:innen kenne und sch\u00e4tze war noch ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Motivationsfaktor.\n\nDer Entschluss stand also bald fest: ich will dieses Projekt unterst\u00fctzen, nicht nur als Spender oder f\u00f6rderndes Mitglied, sondern mit einer Beteiligung am \"Verm\u00f6genspool\", der insgesamt etwa ein Drittel des gesamten Investitionsvolumens ausmachen soll.
